Here want to share our Bonve Tri-lobe rotor pump used for pumping Vegetable Glycerin (VG). We named this pump as Vegetable Glycerin (VG) transfer pump. VG is asticky product which has viscosity about 1000cps. For its pumping, you may choose gear pump, screw pump, diaphragm pump etc. However, Bonve Tri-lobe rotor pump shows its talent to transfer because of below reasons:
  • Low shear pumping, no damage to VG.
  • Gap is kept between the rotors and between the rotor and the pump body, no friction, long life.
  • Simple assembling and disassembling, easy to maintenance and clean, strong resistance to wearing.
  • High efficiency and energy-saving, low failure rate, reliable sealing and low noise.


One of customer from France, who is in Electronic cigarette oil industry, we worked on helping this customs to solve pumping problems in VG.Below is photos for the delivery pump.
